Shelly has more than 25 years of appraising closely held businesses and real estate on all of the major Hawaiian islands. She serves as an arbitrator and mediator, and has provided expert witness testimony, litigation support and consultancy on various real estate and business valuation disputes throughout the State.

Cooper joined John Child & Company in 2023 and has contributed to the valuations of properties throughout the State, including industrial land and warehouses, multifamily residential properties, and agricultural lands. His assignments have also included market rent studies for tax reporting and compliance purposes.

Dustin has more than a decade of diversified appraisal experience with residential real estate in Hawaii. His background includes work as an independent fee appraiser, serving with the State of Hawaii Department of Transportation, Highways Division, assisting the Right-of-Way appraisal section, and acting as a review appraiser for American Savings Bank.
