TAMMY WALTHER
Appraiser
Tammy
has valued real estate on Oahu, Maui, Kauai,
Hawaii,
and Molokai. Her
valuations include fee simple and leased
fee interests in commercial, resort, residential, multifamily,
agriculture,
golf course, and conservation properties.
She has prepared market rent
studies for health care centers on Oahu,
Hawaii,

assignments and analyzed the impact of construction defects and
litigation on
the values of condominium units.
