
Paul
joined John Child & Company in 1973. He has appraised property
on all the major islands in Hawaii. With this perspective, Paul
understands the cyclical nature of Hawaii's real estate markets.
He has also valued properties on the U.S. Mainland, on Guam and
on the island of Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean.
Paul
has extensive knowledge of the valuation of partial takings,
conservation easements and other atypical ownership interests.
Paul
serves in leadership positions in NAIOP Hawaii, the
Hawaii Chapter of the Counselors of Real Estate, and the Hawaii Chapter
of the Appraisal
