
As President of John Child & Company, Karen is responsible for
developing and managing the Company's professional practice that
includes real estate consulting, appraisal, and business valuation. She
specializes in complex real estate and business valuation assignments.
Karen originally joined the Company in 1973 and has over 27 years of
professional experience. She has served in elected and appointed
national leadership positions in the Counselors of Real Estate and the
Appraisal Institute.
